Improvement in Customer Care Service
WasteServ believes that customer care is vital to any organisation in its mission to keep its various customers well informed and satisfied. The company, in fact, aims more than ever to deal with every enquiry in a helpful and efficient manner while simultaneously promoting the importance of waste management and separation.
Thus, WasteServ has also strived and made marked improvements in its customer care services, where in 2007 the service was revised. Opening hours were, for example, extended due to increased demand by the public. The centre, which includes the Freephone number 8007 2200, was transferred to Gozo and is run by trained personnel. Opening hours are now from Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 5.30pm.
